Welcome to EagleTics. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EagleTics, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using EagleTics on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

EagleTics provides WordPress site monitoring, uptime tracking, security scanning, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EagleTics to:

Monitor sites you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data
Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of EagleTics is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

EagleTics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
