EagleTics ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Billing information: We collect billing address details. Payment card data is processed directly by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and is never stored on our servers.

WordPress site data: To provide monitoring services, our plugin sends us technical data from your WordPress sites including uptime status, plugin/theme versions, failed login attempts, and file change reports.

Usage data: We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps to operate and improve the service.

To provide, maintain, and improve the EagleTics service
To process payments and send billing-related communications
To send alerts and notifications you have configured
To respond to support tickets and enquiries
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as payment processors and email delivery services) strictly to operate the service. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for any other purpose.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we may retain anonymised usage data for analytical purposes. Billing records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
